Canada Geese doing damage during our snowbirding down south

We travel south to Arizona for the winter and we have come home the last two years to damage created by Canada geese in our second story planter boxes. These boxes are part of the structure and can't...

We have trouble with coots on the river in our AZ place. A couple of folks use to feed them. Think they were tired of the coot poop and quit. If you keep running them off the seem to learn and will mostly stay away.
