Wow, couple months ago, got the antigen test with emailed official hospital certificate for $12...of course it was in Istanbul.
You can buy the tests for self use for $1-6, someone is making a mint of the certificate game.
UK and a few other European countries have dropped the testing requirements. Hopefully by April, the USA will drop it's test requirements when we fly back in.
