I'm curious to know if anyone who is presently in the states if they can access their Shaw Direct account on line through their computer. I've tried several times and can't get into my account. I d...

I'm in Las Cruces NM and have a 600 receiver and the new LNB. Reception is great and have been getting great reception all over the states. I don't know who told you their was a problem. I've heard the opposite from what is being said. You should have the updated #600 receiver and the new LNB as people have been having problems with the old equipment.
