We go to the Cape in the spring and fall. Most restaurants and attractions are still open, but most of the tourists are gone. I've been going to the Cape for over 60 years, and just like everything else things have changed (who else remembers the Hyannis Rotary on Rt 6?). But many back roads and secluded spots are still there. Unless you like shopping and traffic stay out of Hyannis and off Rt 28 and you should have a great time. Rt 6A is still a great meander headed along the North shore of the Cape
