Casa Grande, Az.

Planning on heading south again this fall for 5 months. Tired of Yuma. Any decent & reasonable RV parks in Casa Grande for a 4 month stay ?
  • Casa Grande isn't that much better than Yuma. Not a lot to do. 2 weeks was more than enough for us in Casa Grande, that's why we ended in Mesa, where there are lots to do, close to the desert, but also close to great arts centers, music, museums, restaurants, shopping, SPRING TRAINING, and great medical care if needed.
  • We have stayed in Casa Grande since 2002 including 2 short visits in 2001.

We really like this area and will be sad soon as our winters might be staying home for health issues. Hope for 2 more years. Rv'rs are nice folks and the park doesn't make the difference in my thinking.

  • If you don't mind a 7 mile drive out of town Sunscape is a co-op park where folks own the site and some rent out their sites for the winter months. The park owns 20 sites and they rent those themselves. Nice wide roads, clean & friendly and lots of activities, and sites sizes vary from 32X60 to 45X65 full hook up. About 1/2 the park is park models and all well maintained. Sunscape
  • Yes quite a few.
High end is Palm Creek where your rig will be inspected if over 10 years old,
Middle of the road is Fiesta Grande. a nice resort with lots to do.
Both Palm Creek and Fiesta Grande are in town and walking distance of Shopping and restaurants.

Further out and less expensive is Casita Verde a small, resort RV park.
There are place to just park an RV with no resort features from about $275.00 a month.

Palm Creek will give you one week free the last I knew and you could use that week to scout out a more permanent, less expensive place.
No place in Casa Grande is close to 100% full in the winter

My place to stay is Fiesta Grande. Lots of activities including a dance every Friday night with a live band. Big Canadian contingent a Fiesta Grande.
PM me for more info on Fiesta Grande.
