Central Florida Winter Propane Usage numbers.
As a snowbird, on average, how much propane do you use per month while wintering in Central Florida? I know the amounts will vary a lot depending on temperature but I'm just looking for general number...

We have wintered in Florida the last 6 years. We usually stay 6 weeks to 2 months. I make sure the tanks are full when we leave home and have never had to buy propane when we are away. Usually takes 1 tank or less. We have an electric fireplace and a small electric heater and they are usually enough and don't need the furnace except going from Kansas 1 night and 1 night coming home. We run our water heater on electric and have a gas stove and oven.
