Check out Hollywood Casino and RV Park off of US 90 in Bay St. Louis, MS. U.S. 90 is wall to wall casinos all the way to Biloxi, along the coast. If you don't gamble (and you don't have to), everything else in the casinos is pretty cheap. They all have showrooms and top shelf restaurants. We saw Michael Flatley's "Lord of the Dance" while there for around $10 if I remember correctly.
And the casino buffets have crab legs, lobster tail and cooked to order steaks as well as the usual offerings. If you do gamble, the drinks are free. They like drunk gamblers. :)
