John Bryan SP is nice, very close to WPAFB, and also next to Yellow Springs, a fun town to visit. John Bryan only has a handful of larger sites - it was originally built for tent camping.
Caesars Creek SP isn't all that far, and is larger with a lot more sites for larger rigs. There's also an Ohio SP near Oxford, OH, Hueston Woods SP, on the other side of Dayton close to the IN state line.
Whitewater Memorial SP in Indiana (one of my personal favorites) is much further away, but very nice. (Plug for IN state parks... :) )
Avoid the one along I-70 in Enon. It's pretty bad. I've no experience with the KOA.
