CG with cabin or park model Savannah to Hilton Head

We want to meet my Daughter and family for a weekend June.We have a 18 TT so need more space. We are in NC, they are in Jax Fl.

Looking for a nice CG on the water, beach lake or river somewhere near Savannah or Hilton Head, Savannah is preferred. Could be a little bit inland if a nice place and convenient to 95. Will be 4 adults and my 2 1/2 yr old grand son. Want to do some fishing with him, nothing too intense obviously. We live on the beach in NC so the ocean not required but would be nice.

They have no RV so we need a place with a cabin or park model they can rent. Second choice would be a CG with a motel close by.

    Myrtle Beach on US17 has many such places. We all meet at LAKEWOOD CAMPING RESORT once a year for our mini family reunion. They have these VILLAs situated around a couple of inner LAKES which makes for a great cabin atmosphere. This also has a RV Camp Ground and access to the Atlanta Ocean Beach. Great folks run the place...

    There are whole bunch of similar Camping Resorts along this stretch of Atlanta Beaches.

    Check them out... Might be just what you are looking for... I know this is farther NORTH than you were wanting but has alot to offer... Savannah has too many little bitty mosquitoes and Hilton Head was always TOO HIGH CLASS for us country folks...
