The roads appeared to be no worse than those in the lower loop of Monument Valley (RV's not recommended, but we took it) and in the Oregon outback (25 miles each way of extreme 7-10 MPH washboard).
Do you think we'd be OK touring Chaco Canyon in June or September?
Chaco Canyon is at 6,200 ft so weather can be unpredictable but park information states, "Spring and Fall are great times to visit with more moderate temperatures, but unexpected storms can change things dramatically. Monitor local weather forecasts."
