Charleston Orangeburg Santee SC BBQ ???

Around April 1 we will be in Charleston SC viewing the flowers gardens. The last garden we will visit will be Cypress Gardens near Moncks Corner SC.
We like to eat at Sweatman's BBQ in Holly Hill, but we will be in the area on a Sunday and Sweatman's BBQ is not open.
Where is a good place for BBQ between Moncks Corner and Orangeburg? (Moncks Corner, Holly Hill, Santee etc.)
