Cherry Hill Park Preferences
May be going to Washington DC in September. Anyone have a preferred site in Cherry Hill Park? Is the transportation to Mall good? Other campgrounds in the area? Thanks.

- All the sites are good. You can pay more for pull thru or premium site. If you are going to take the bus to the train, I would see if you can get a site near the Bus Depot across from the office. That way you can walk there. The transportation to The Mall is excellent! The Bus stops at the park, takes you to the Metro Train. Once you get off the train, you can get a hop-on hop-off pass for the trolleys. The people in the office at Cherry Hill have all the info and are very helpful. Don't miss the Dulles Air and Space Museum. There are buses that run from the Smithsonian to Dulles.
