closed Wal-Mart neighborhood markets
Has anyone used these closed store's parking lots? East Texas seemed to have them everywhere.

Yep and just bad practice to not seek permission first. After all, it's still private property.
Where would you go to ask permission, the store is closed? Nobody there.
