I live about 3 miles from Sesame Place. There are no campgrounds in the immediate area. Traffic around here (especially when Sesame Place is open) can be brutal and frustrating. I would not hesitate to recommend that you camp in Jackson/Cream Ridge NJ, as there are two nice CGs there and it's really only about 1/2 hour away by highway. I've been to Laurel Pond, but they have no amenities for children. Across the road from them is Timberland Lake CG, and that looks more kid-friendly. Both are situated to be near Six Flags Great Adventure. The Langhorne/Oxford Valley PA area has hotels available near Sesame Place, but I don't know if any of them will allow for RV parking. I'm sure they probably wouldn't let you live in your rig.
