We've driven through it since we have spent our last 7 winters in Zephyrhills. It is in town, quite small (maybe 20 trailers tops?). Other than that I don't know much about it. There are a lot of campgrounds in the Zephyrhills area.. many of them very nice! We stay at Forest Lake RV Park about a mile or so east of the downtown area. Zephyrhills is a nice central (Florida) location with lots of amenities.. a very nice place to spend the winter.
On edit.. I just looked it up on Google earth and 'Street View' and it is not the campground we drove through. It is a number of cottages just off the Highway 301 and Highway 39 intersection. The park has a half dozen streets etc. so it is a decent size. The sign in front says "Clyde's Cottages" looks like a well maintained group of cottages with a few RV sites when you look at it on Google Earth and Street View.
