We use my Mothers old copper bottom Revere Ware percolator. Perfect coffee every time. The only better coffee comes from my blue porcelain old style pot with no internal parts. It's about a 20 cupper. Fill it to the pour spout, throw in 5 handfuls of coffee and bring to a good rolling boil over the camp fire . Set to one side and remove the lid and pour a cup of cold water in a circular motion to settle the grounds. Set it back on or near the fire to keep it hot. Depending on how many coffee drinkers there are around it can last from an hour or until noon.
