Thank you for the info. I called them today and they won't honour the monthly rate of $400 - $480 only $200 per week rate. We will look elsewhere.

Agree, sites are very close together. The concrete parking pads are a little further apart, cost a little more too. They were having a New Years eve get together when we were there, although we didn't go. Just stayed a few days. It was also cooler than San Antonio area. I don't know if that is usually the case or whether we hit an exceptional time.

Yes they will have Christmas activities.
Most of the sites are very close together.
I enjoyed both of my stays there but I now prefer to stay in Rockport which is around 30 miles northeast.
