A few years ago I stayed at American Heritage with reservations for a pull-thru site. Upon arrival I was given a back-in site. They wouldn't give me the pull-thru and denied that I could have been given a pull-thru since they do not assign site specific spots. I told them that when I made the reservation on the phone I requested a pull-thru and they said no problem. Directly across from my back-in site were pull-thru sites with pop-up campers in them, oh and some empty pull-thrus that remained empty the entire length of my stay. I'll never stay there again.
