I think I would stay at Collier Memorial State Park if I wanted full hookup. If no full hookup; Diamond Lake FS campground.
In you truck drive the rim road clockwise. Trust me. I've been there at least 200 times. Take the time to stop in Park Headquarters and see the Volcano movie.
