We drove through once several years ago and decided it was not a place where we wanted to stay. On their site map they list the improvements / new facilities they built in the past few years. I have a feeling it is not the same owners or same park we drove through or the same park Scott G stayed at. Too good a location and opportunities to have a run down RV park.

We stayed there one time. Unbelievable drunkenness and filth. Bathrooms covered in vomit and worse. Management wouldn't go near the hoards of revelers and the police told me they don't go in there unless is's extremely serious.
There's a nice state park nearby that is much better.

BTW CH rv park is in Tucson. CH campground is what you meant I guess
