Darkest sky Utah, Az, Nm???
I'm looking for feedback on the darkest sky locations to spend a few nights, while touring Utah, Az, etc... Valley of the Gods in Utah seems pretty darned remote, with no big cities for 100s of mil...

As a warm up on your way out, I've heard good things about night viewing at Badlands NP. They even have a Night Sky Program which is probably below your level though.
The viewing is suppose to be especially good if you take the time to drive out to Sage Creek Campground as it puts you out a lot further from Walls.
