David Crockett state park in Lawrenceburg, Tenn

I have read rv park reviews on this state park was wondering if anybody has stayed here. If so what are your thoughts on the park and the surrounding area. We take our little dog with us and enjoying hiking and scenic beauty. Also like a little space between sites. Eletric and water hookups are fine with us, full hookups better. Thanks for any help.
  • Yes, we stayed there overnight last September. I recall it as a very nice park although it was for us only an overnight on a longer trip. We stayed in site 17 which had plenty of room. There was also good space and trails for walking our dog.

On that particular site we had to borrow a 50 amp extension cable, but the camp host was prepared for that and had the cable handy at his site.

I wish we could have stayed longer and recommend it.
