Days for Boston area?
How many days would you suggest we allow for the Boston area? We are over 55, so no zoos or children's museums. We enjoy learning about history, and there is certainly lots to see! We can't tell how c...

We stay at Boston Minuteman and they can direct to the commuter rail nearby to go to Boston. This though will place you 30 minutes north and west of bean town. If you wish to visit further south then Normandy Farms might be better for you. There is an aweful lot to do and see, so plan your days. 12 Days is not enough to do it all. In addition we have stayed on Cape Cod and there is a good CG just north of Falmouth. Cape Cod Camping Resort. From there you can do the entire Cape, Ferry to Marthas Vineyard, Rhode Island as well as areas south of Boston. Boston was only 1 1/2 hours from the cg as we brought our daughter to college there and stayed in Cape Cod. If you go to Cape Cod in Falmouth is a little restaurant down an alley called Shuckers. Biggest best lobster roll I have ever had! At the other end of the Cape in P Town take the whale watch tour and you will see them.This year we are considering Rhode Island and want to do Newport etc. Happy Trails
