Daytona/Ormond beach RV parks

We are planning a few days next May in the Ormond Beach/Daytona beach area. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to stay? We have a 37' Class A motorhome. I used to stay at Tomoka State park years ago during spring break in college but the sites there are too small for our motorhome.

  • We recently stayed at Daytona Speedway RV. It used to be in the KOA network (when we went a few years prior), but it is now a private campground. Very conveniently located, and not a lot of road noise.

The site we picked easily fit our 35' Class A.

It's an older campground, but was well maintained. The campground was easy to access, navigate, and depart while towing the Jeep.

I have no affiliation with the CG.
  • I'd recommend Gamble Rogers SRA. It has waterfront sites that can accommodate your rig and a few years ago they added an "inland" campground with large paved sites.
