DC Area RV Park
Considering a trip to DC area. Looking for suggestions for a RV park/campground near the metro or public transportation. Saw some recommendations a while back but a search did not produce any. Thanks

The best choice by far is Cherry Hill Park. 5 minute drive to Greenbelt subway station, and they are experts on touring DC. The park is well run with nice amenities and facilities.
We have been to Washington DC KOA in Fredricksburg, it's a nice park, but too far out of the loop, and the traffic near there can be a nightmare.
