Decision delayed on charges in Goblin Toppling

It sort of sounds like there be no charges filed.

How disrespectful. I would hope they at least get fined.

I find it hard to believe charges cannot be filed. Am I smelling politics here?

If you read the article, they state that they are having a hard time finding a law that was broken. If no law was broken they can't file against them. Sounds like its time to change the law then. At least on knocking over rocks.

I have been there and it's a great place to play games in and around the Goblins. They sure looked as if they were pretty invincible and I'm still wondering just what gave him the idea that there was something wrong with it. Was he trying to see how big a guy he was and went around testing ALL of them.
