We find C.O.E. campgrounds to be some of the best in the country. We accept their rules and regulations for what they are and are fine with that. And we just plain enjoy their accommodations and don't quiver about their definitions or interpretation of meanings. ;)
For those who have problems with C.O.E. campground accommodations, you have wheels, why not just move on and find something more to your liking? :R
