We find C.O.E. campgrounds to be some of the best in the country. We accept their rules and regulations for what they are and are fine with that. And we just plain enjoy their accommodations and don't quiver about their definitions or interpretation of meanings. ;)
For those who have problems with C.O.E. campground accommodations, you have wheels, why not just move on and find something more to your liking? :R
I can't argue with that.....in theory.
But in practice, the management is operating a service open to the public and has an obligation to make the services available CLEAR to their potential customers.
This is such a simple thing but can be really important in some circumstances. THERE IS NO GOOD EXCUSE FOR NOT FIXING THE PROBLEM AND MAKING THE DESCRIPTION CLEAR. NONE.
