All this stuff should be spelled out so you know exactly what you're getting when you pull up to the campground.
Tent only, generator usage, etc. I take "primitive" as a site with few or no amenities, but I would not assume because I have a class C I could not camp there. I would not be happy to pull into this place after a long drive and be told I couldn't stay there only because I have a motorhome.
Spell this stuff out on the website and literature to avoid confusion! Ridiculous that they don't.
See if you can find a regional or overseeing office to bring this to.

Thanks for your comments, folks. There seems to be a consensus here. Perhaps I'll suggest to the Canyon Lake USACE that they peruse this thread. But based on their language used with me, they are typical bureaucrats with no intention of clarifying their house rules.
