Great work Jim Camillocci! On the face of it obvious the wording is confusing. Instead of forwarding the suggestion to powers that be or trying to inject a few sentences into the campground description you dug in. Well I'm going to write a few emails up the chain of command and see if I can get you to push a bit more paper on this matter.
