We are volunteering at Henderson Beach State Park currently. They are dog friendly, but the dogs are not allowed on ANY beach in Destin, unless they are a service dog. Rocky Bayou in Niceville is the sister park to Henderson, that is not on the beach. If you are a visitor at either you can go to the other at no charge. There is a wonderful dog park in Destin. There is a beach dogs are permitted - Bayview Dog Beach in Pensacola. Sometimes the park is very booked, so I would check availability as soon as you know where you want to go.
