Directions - Camp Hatteras RV Campground in NC

I am heading down from MA and was wondering what is the best route to the Outer Banks. Should I drive I95 to Richmond VA and then take I295/I64 East or should I take Rt13 all the was through Delaware...

Yup ,that looks good. Avoid DC traffic if at all possible. Returning from OBX to WNY last summer I tried DC and 95 on a sunday, big mistake!
