We've been to Disney World maybe 5-6 times, 3 times stayed in Fort Wilderness. Enjoyed our stay and campground, well-kept and lots of amenities if you choose to partake. Don't feel that it's too exorbitant, many other popular destination campgrounds are similar in price and don't offer as much to do and the convenience of on site transportation to the different parks within Disney World. If you wish to save $$ and don't want to pay to go into a park every day you always have the option of visiting Disney Springs to get your Disney fix - it's free admission.
