$30 seems pretty excessive for a reservation fee unless you made more than one reservation, and that fee is determined by the State Park. Each state has different fees (and some have none) so you cannot blame it all on Reserve America. Yes RA charges the states a fee and some just pass it on, some add to it and some pay it themselves.
