Driving people to boondock by calling themselves a "Resort"

I've stayed at Anchor Down. They have the resort pricing down, but not much else. A nice pool and a steep walk to the lake, but crazy high prices. We love the area and our camping group loves Anchor Down, so we'll go back, but its a lot of money for not a lot of "resort".
