OP: If you wanted to consider Ridgeway State Park in Ouray, I just plugged into Reserve America for Labor Day weekend and days following & before and there are 141 sites available out of 257 and there are many sites in the PaCoChuPuk Loop which has full hookups. It's $26/night or $182/week. Ouray is a neat little town with the huge hot springs and it's a nice day trip to either Telluride/Silverton and Durango along with Montrose and Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Lots to do from there!
