Once in NJ my advice, and as stated below, stay near capemay and see the sites. Cape may, hang out on the huge boardwalk at wildwood which is all right there.
After that in NJ there isnt much and I would suggest high tailing it out of there. Ride the parkway up and out into NY state.
The GSParkway has lower bridges up north and its a crappy ride from exit 130 to 160...
IMO you may be better off taking the ferry back over and riding mid PA up and over. The east side of PA is **** too as the roads are no good.

Kneobles in PA is an old time amusment park. Thats a must see..Has two campgrounds on site
