Panther Creek State Park, Morristown TN. TVA Douglas Lake Head Waters and Tail Waters campgrounds. Head waters is nicer but tail waters is good. High end is Anchor Down CG. Lots of campgrounds out 321 out of G'burg towards Cosby.
