electricity in Yuma
We are in Yuma in a 40 ft fifth wheel where we pay our own power. Just got a power bill of $116. Seems high?? Does that sound high to anyone else?

From all of the information you have given us you are paying 13.12 cents a kWH.
Providing there was not a meter reading error I would not complain. I paid 14.01 cents a kWH last month at my home in Yuma.
If you are able to read the meter it may pay to do so in case there is meter reading problems. Back before the electronic meters I have had even the power company misread one of the older dial type meters.
But in Yuma I suspect you are on an electronic meter and APS does not need to send a meter reader anymore. The reading is send back to APS via your power connection.
