Elkmont campground question

Can anyone tell me where I can fill my water tanks before I set up at Elkmont Campground in Smokey Mountains NP. I know there is a dump station at the Sugarlands Visitor center but I can't find any info about fresh water. All I get is a recorded loop when I tried to call them , finally gave that up . Any help would be appreciated.

    There are water spigots at each of the bath room buildings. We always carry two 5-gallon jugs and have a two wheeled folding cart. My off-road POPUP camper has the 35 gallon fresh water tank I think. Doesn't take too long to fill it up once I get setup...

    We camp at ELKMONT in the Smoky Mtn park all the time. Always try to get the F8 site...

    This is site E15 at ELKMONT I think...

    All this driving around with an empty or nearly empty fresh water tank would take some of the fun out of RVing for me. What if you find a gem of a campground on route?
