It's in the Travel Guide and I've been to that lodge. But let me ask you is it a city restriction or lodge restriction? Most lodges that have parking room are happy to have the extra income if not additional money to be spent inside the lodge. So what is the Kingman current status/policy for a typical Elks RV traveler?
Regardless exceptions are made. Some lodges will allow RV guests if they are with a member and room is available for example.
