I have to applaud the rvpr webmaster for 2 incorrect posts I saw in 2013. I monitor the SD home rvpr page daily, as Joel can attest, for correct info on our sdcoa member parks.
Last year I read 2 posts that incorrectly identified the park they were in. both were correct in their review, just the wrong park. One was about Whispering Pines commenting about the lake and the big Cottonwood trees. Obviously they mixed it up with Lake Park in Rapid City.
The other was a review on Custer Crazy Horse camp, in which the reviewer commented about the easy walking access to town and the eccentric gun toting owner who cut water their water hose because it leaked a lot. Well, thats French Creek RV park in downtown Custer, & my 'ol friend Roeck's place.
When I saw these reviews I alerted the webmaster who immediately corrected the review to the appropriate camp.
Joel has been very helpful in answering questions I 've had about reviews, some that showed the incorrect # of stars on the state home page, yet correct # on the review.
Another issue I've come across, not on RVPR, but in other review sites is flamers poorly reviewing their favorite park in the attempt to make it less popular so they could get in when they want. RVPR's moderation is a tool you can use to get it right.
