Falls Lake State Park, NC

kerr lake state park is one of our favorites. henderson point cg is our first choice. also stayed in satterwhite. we have 4 weekends from april to august booked. do yourself a favor and book several months out and get a waterfront site. large number available even for longer rigs. ours is 37ft TT previous was 33ft. there are parking areas for boat trailers and state park boat ramps in the campgrounds which is nice and convenient. the site we have booked those 4 weekends is a double site large enough to park our pontoon boat and truck on as well as our TT and f250. we live about 2 hours south of the park. wife will drive the truck and pontoon and i tow the TT.
