For the little one - do Ripley's Aquarium. For the whole family - Comedy Barn. We did not feel Dollywood was a good value for the money.
Take in Great Smoky Mtns NP and do the walk up to Clingman's Dome. And if you want to have some fun with science (maybe a bit much for a 6 year-old) take a foil bag of potato chips with you from your camper up to the top of the mountain - it will puff up like a pillow. Take along a couple bottled waters, too. After you drink them at the summit (or even most of it), screw the cap back on and watch what happens when you descend back into town!
