- VeebyesExplorer IISince 2007 we have literally been in hundreds of SPs & NP CGs. So many great ones each for their own attributes.
The one that feels like home to us is the little known Martinak SP, Denton, MD. on the Eastern Shore of the Cheasapeake Bay. Not real close to anywhere but close enough to places like historic St Michaels. - JebsterExplorerWe live in Ohio, but camp in Indiana State Parks quite a bit. Find them preferable to Ohio SP.
- GeoBoyExplorerGrizzly RV Park, West Yellowstone, MT
- linnemjExplorerWe have many favorites! This one is special to us:
Lake Ouachita State Park outside of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Lake Ouatchia
The full hook up sites are great! - pasusanExplorer

Seriously we enjoy state parks in most states. - prolandsurveyorExplorerAwesome keep them coming.
- lgarciaExplorerFavorite state park is Geneva in Ohio. Has everything I need - bike trail, boat launch, beach.
- RPreebExplorerLiving in the Rocky Mountain west, I'm a fan of National Forest campgrounds. Been using them since the 60's. Second is National Parks. I've never stayed in an actual RV park. Most of them are too tightly packed, often in open fields with no sign of shade.
I'd have trouble picking a favorite. Always loved Holland Lake (in the Swan Valley, Montana) back in the 60's, but haven't been there in at least 35 years. Used to be a great place called Blackfoot Canyon CG, also in Montana, but I understand that it was closed some time back, in part due to spring flooding.
