How about the business owner in LA who couldn't open her restaurant, with outdoor seating but right across the parking lot was a huge, open tent eating area feeding actors and film crew - with no regards to any precautions.
I give the movie people benefit of the doubt that it is closed to the public and all people are tested multiple times each week.
Not the same as a public restaurant especially if serving alcohol.
Go ahead and audition for a movie if you want to be in the food tent.
If I recall there was no exception to allow for gatherings like that if it was a private event.
If I recall, your Gov was at a private event. Was that okay? If the business owner said she was hosting a private event for 200 people at $50 a plate, would that have been allowed? I think not...
"Especially if serving alcohol"? Does that somehow change or impact the virus spread?
