First Timer To Yellowstone

I am looking for suggestions on camping and scenic routes to Yellowstone. We have a 31ft class A MH. Never been west of the Mississippi. Traveling from Fl and thinking of coming up through CO and then coming back through SD to see the badlands and MT Rushmore.
I was wondering how crowded Yellowstone is in Sept. We have a month so we can take our time.

    I suggest including Great Sand Dunes NP, the train from Durango to Silverton, Mesa Verde NP, Arches NP, and Canyonlands NP on your southern leg. If you've never been west of the Mississippi you are going to be blown away with all that you will see! Be sure to remember to use your transmission to slow down your ascent from the mountains. Brakes can overheat easily!
