Flooding in Zion
Anyone heading to Zion NP need to call ahead. Flash flood occurred with deaths, missing, and injured. One of many stories on it.

I was visiting Zion Tuesday afternoon. Not hiking, just riding the shuttle and sightseeing. I didn't even hear about these deaths until several days later although there was a sign stating the Narrows was closed due to expected flash floods.
