If you are going to be on the move you should be able to find overnight or a day or two campgrounds without reservations. The month long snowbirds book way in advance so most places are full up. Most campground and especially state parks hold back a few sites for drive ins. I would call ahead as you go from area to area to see if someone has a site available. It does fill up but you should be able to do a day or two no problem. Forget a week or a month anywhere that time of year. The keys are very expensive. Most private campgrounds are well over $100 per night, $150 in Key West. Good luck. Be sure to have a good campground directory and call ahead.
