Thanks for the tips and suggestions... Please keep them coming...
We like the Gulf Coast the best and would like to be South of Tampa a bit.
Checked the park on Sanibel Island but it is booked solid for the winter months.
In looking at the State Parks they seem to be booked also but maybe they keep some sites for drive ins that they do not reserve. I hope.
Figure we might try to do a week or two in the Orlando area and try to see Epcot or some of the attractions there as well. Just my DW and I so do not need to worry about the kiddie attractions. What attractions would you recommend or places to stay in that area? Should we check out the Disney campgrounds?
The Florida keys might be an experience but probably nothing available in that area. We have never toured Miami. Are there any good private parks in that area?
